A special blend of mixed culture saison, spontaneous beer and Riesling. A celebratory beer with prickly bubbles, lots of Riesling spice, some funky pineapple and dried lemon peel. A pleasant acidity and a creamy finish that reminds us of a leesy sparkling wine.
