Hoppy saison aged in stainless blended with spontaneous beer aged in oak for 20 months. The grains used in this blend are Barn Owl's pilsner and wheat malts, and K2 Milling's raw spelt and emmer. The hops used in this beer were Cascade, Styrian Goldings and Citra.
Expect candied citrus-peel and white grape aromatics and light flavours of lemon. Mellow bitterness and a zip of acidity that fades into a gentle finish. Light and lively, this is the perfect beer for the hot summer days ahead.
