This is a blend of wheat saison aged in oak and hoppy saison aged in stainless. Brewed in 2018 and packaged in 2019, this beer is tasting great with some extra time in the bottle.
Ripe starfruit and pepper with some Brett character on the nose and flavours of sweet and salty lychee. A round acidity and a dry, tangy finish. Drink this all day with salty, crispy food.
