Schmaison was made with Ontario malted barley from Mississippi Mills Malt, raw spelt from K2 Milling, and Quebec hops from Houblon Bastien. It spent a year in stainless steel tanks with wild yeast and then bottle conditioned for six months. Expect flavours and aromas of apples and pears, mellow brett funk, a full mouthfeel, and a dry finish. This beer is reminiscent of classic Belgian saisons and pairs perfectly with sunshine.
