Standard is an unblended grisette brewed with Ontario grain from Barn Owl Malt. It was aged in an American oak foeder with a mixed culture for a number of months and then can conditioned since August 2019.
Expect a rounded acidity, mellow hop character and fruity funk. Notes of lemon and vanilla with a quick and dry tannic finish.
