We were so inspired after our all wheat brew with Newbarns Brewery last fall that we had to try it out back in Caledon. Weiss One was made with 100% soft red wheat from Barn Owl Malt in Belleville, German Saphir hops, and lager yeast. It’s super tasty and we haven’t tasted a lager quite like it before.
