Blush is a pink beer with a fluffy pink-tinged foam. Fuzzy peach, rose, and pear aromas dominate the aroma, and as the beer warms there's a hint of spice. Flavours of tart cherries and orange wine. Serve it cold and drink it in the sun!
This wine beer was made with skin-contact Riesling from Niagara, Montmorency Cherries from Blenheim, and a blend of oak- and stainless-aged saisons. All of the grain used in this beer was grown and processed in Ontario. This beer is a great representation of what local ingredients can produce.
