RGLR BEER is a rice lager that we made with 70% Ontario pilsner malt, 30% Calrose rice, German Saphir hops, and lager yeast. The beer is very light in body with delicate rice flavour and a lightly fruity aroma. 

I made this beer with my friends Sean and Mariko from RGLR Coffee and Hakko Gakko, who are starting a new venture on Bloor St where they’ll be roasting coffee, doing sake and coffee tastings, and making makgully. Check them out!
