ShooBeeDoo is a dark lager brewed with a blend of heritage barley varieties, spelt malt, pale chocolate malt, and black malt. It was lightly hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and fermented with lager yeast.
This beer has flavours and aromas of dark chocolate, coffee, light hoppiness, and toasted marshmallow.
