Slink is a West Coast IPA brewed with pilsner malt, wheat malt, and flaked corn. It’s hopped in the kettle with Columbus Cryo and dry-hopped with Nelson Sauvin, Kohia Nelson, and Rakau T90s from Freestyle Hops, along with Motueka and Nelson Sauvin hop keif. Fermented with a clean ale yeast to let the hops shine.
This beer is dry with mellow bitterness, showing flavours and aromas of gooseberry, grape, cannabis, and passionfruit.
