Get ready for something special at the brewery this week. Jamil’s, started by Jalil and Emma, is here to share their deep connection to food and love for Pakistani cuisine. For them, cooking is all about creating connections. When they can introduce a new dish to someone or hear that it reminds them of a childhood favourite.
Jamil’s started in the spring of 2024 and is named after and inspired by Jalil’s grandfather, Farooq Jamil from Lahore, Pakistan.
They highlight the deep cuts on Indian/Pakistani menus, stuff you didn’t realize was there all along; the Chaats, Chicken Karahis, Mash Daal etc. For the brewery, they’re serving fried and grilled treats that pair well with beer.
Jamil’s keeps things simple but with high standards (just the way we like it). They work with local farmers and quality suppliers to ensure fresh ingredients, staying true to traditional flavors while adding their personal touch.
