A blend of our foeder beer and a hoppy grisette aged in stainless steel for many months. This batch was brewed with all Ontario grain and lightly dry hopped with Motueka.
There are flavours and aromas of lime zest, pepper and mellow funk. Tannic up front with nice acidity and a quick, dry finish. Light, bright and ultimately refreshing!
