We’re kicking off the pop-up season this Saturday with So Daam, a creative twist to Korean cuisine. 

Siena started So Daam during lockdown as a way to share her love of food, health, and creativity. Her background is anything but typical. She studied music, dance, neuroscience, and evolutionary biology before finally landing in the kitchen. So Daam became her way of highlighting the versatility of Korean food and the benefits of dishes built around gut health, fermentation, and big flavour. 

At the brewery, she’ll be serving up:
  •  Korean-style pork back ribs with torched cheese and kimchi slaw
  •  Kimchi supreme fries
  •  Savoury seafood pancakes
  •  Korean sides (she'll be offering samples!)
