Little Italy, is home to Pasta Forever, a great spot for pasta lovers. Jess Maiorano started Pasta Forever during the pandemic, focusing on traditional southern Italian pasta shapes made in her Parkade home. What began as a small project turned into one of our all-time favourite spots.

If you visit their storefront in Little Italy, you'll find a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel right at home.

We’ve been long-time lovers of everything Pasta Forever does. Last year, they held down the fort at Jive Fest, filling everyone's bellies and impressing us all. We’re so excited to have them back this year and can’t wait to see what they have in store!

Pasta Forever has built a strong community presence by collaborating with local favourites like Happy Coffee, The Stop, and Barbet. They've also been a staple for events like Do West Fest, where they made live pasta on the spot ... unreal.

Their menu has grown to include traditional, and not-so-traditional pastas, sandwiches, and house-made staples. Despite these additions, Jess stays true to her southern Italian roots, ensuring every dish feels like it's coming out of Nonna's kitchen.
